The enclosure is made of aluminum alloy.
It adopts a medium frequency voltage doubling circuit, utilizing PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology and high-power IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) components.
With large voltage feedback, the output voltage stability is high, with a ripple factor ≤0.5%.
Smooth voltage adjustment across the full range, excellent voltage regulation precision ≤0.5%, stability ≤1%, voltage and current error ±(1%±2 digits), current error ±(1%±2 digits).
The boost potentiometer starts boosting from zero.
The 0.75UDC1mA function button facilitates zinc oxide arrester testing with a precision of ±(1.0%±2 digits).
Overvoltage protection is set by dial coding, clearly visible, with an error of ±1%.
The voltage doubler uses new materials, making it lightweight yet sturdy. The exterior is coated with special insulating material, offering good electrical performance and strong moisture resistance.
The product complies with DL/T848.1-2004 technical requirements and has undergone formal testing at the Power Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center, strictly adhering to enterprise standards upon leaving the factory.
