The detection of acid values in transformer and turbine oils is a routine inspection item for power systems and industrial enterprises' oil-filled electrical equipment. This oil acid value tester has been specifically developed by our company for the determination of acid values in such oils. The instrument integrates optics, mechanics, electronics, and chemistry under the core control of a single-chip microcomputer, effectively replacing manual operations, thereby improving work efficiency and reducing the physical strain on operators while minimizing the harm of organic solvents and other chemicals to human health.
The oil acid value tester operates on the principle of neutralization, automatically completing liquid addition, stirring, titration, and endpoint determination at room temperature under microcomputer control. A touch LCD screen is used to select all working parameters, providing a user-friendly interface for simple operation. The average analysis cycle for oil samples is approximately 2 minutes. Up to 35 sets of measurement results can be displayed individually and printed, including multiple parameters related to the measurement.
Specialized reagent bottles are used to contain extraction and neutralization solutions. Reagents are stored in glass containers to ensure they are free from plastic additive contaminants. During operation, users do not need to come into contact with organic solvents, further reducing the risk of chemical exposure.
