This instrument employs advanced testing technology principles, achieving a series of breakthroughs in the research and application of new technologies, devices, materials, and processes. It is designed according to relevant national testing and maintenance regulations as a professional testing instrument for battery performance. The tester serves as a discharge load when the battery is offline, enabling continuous adjustment of the discharge current to achieve constant current discharge at set values. During discharge, if the terminal voltage of the battery pack or individual cell voltage drops to the preset lower limit value, or the preset discharge time or capacity is reached, the instrument will automatically stop discharging and record all valuable, continuous real-time process data. This instrument offers high discharge power with a small size and light weight, and comes with comprehensive PC data management software, significantly reducing the workload of daily battery testing and maintenance. It provides a comprehensive scientific method for battery and UPS power supply maintenance.

Features:

The product utilizes custom nickel-chromium alloy resistors as the load source. Low resistance values enable higher current discharge, and a customized appearance enhances power density. High precision ensures accuracy within ±0.001Ω, providing a stable discharge process. Low temperature coefficient means minimal impact from temperature changes, offering strong environmental adaptability. High current endurance allows rapid response to large current surges, making the discharge process more reliable.

Smart chip control manages the discharge process intelligently, automatically adjusting according to battery voltage drops to ensure constant current discharge. Real-time collection of individual battery voltages is displayed in curve form for easy evaluation and analysis. The system also intelligently analyzes battery voltage states and makes assessments. It calculates the conversion between discharge capacity and discharge hours to achieve optimal battery capacity assessment. Multiple threshold settings are customizable for intelligent judgment.

Discharge testing functions include using smart dummy loads for constant current or constant power discharge after the battery pack is disconnected from the system, or performing constant current discharge by connecting the smart dummy load with user equipment. After setting parameters such as discharge voltage, current, time, and capacity thresholds, the tester automatically executes the discharge function and displays real-time data like discharge current, discharged capacity, total group voltage, individual cell voltage, and discharge time. Discharge parameters can be modified during the test. Discharge stops when the battery group reaches the preset termination voltage, capacity, or time, or if any single cell voltage falls below the preset value, or through manual termination.

A 7-inch large LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1024x600 allows direct operation on the screen, offering clear visibility and strong anti-interference capability.

Optional LORA wireless single-cell monitoring modules support compatibility with 2V/4V/6V/12V single-cell voltage monitoring. Each module can monitor up to 6 cells simultaneously, reducing the number of required modules to one-sixth compared to monitoring each cell individually. This feature simplifies wiring operations.

Individual module frequency band settings allow the host to receive and modify multi-frequency band wireless single-cell monitoring modules, preventing interference when multiple testers operate in close proximity. It supports receiving up to 1-10 frequency bands.

During battery discharge, real-time detection and display of individual cell voltages are shown on the host screen as bar charts, supporting data table views. It also highlights the highest and lowest voltage cells to help quickly analyze trends.

Discharge curve review allows users to revisit battery group voltage and current curves during discharge.

Built-in multiple discharge templates offer six sets of test templates for selection, making tests more convenient. Users can modify and recall these templates.

Data transfer uses a USB flash drive for data storage, with analysis software available for parsing data and generating reports. Test data can be modified directly on the host for better management and identification.

Multiple discharge modes include constant current, constant power, and constant voltage discharge options, providing various testing methods to better assess battery performance.

Master-slave mode parallel testing supports multiple hosts working together (optional, requires master-slave communication cables).

Power-off resume function: When power is restored after an outage during discharge testing, the host resumes the previous test state automatically, ensuring continuous data collection without interruption.

Internal resistance testing: The host supports testing individual cell internal resistance and allows modification of coefficients (requires wireless single-cell monitoring module).

Online monitoring: Supports online monitoring of battery group voltage and current, recording data for current, capacity, and time, and generating reports (optional, requires single-cell module and current clamp).

RS485 host interface reserved for battery core voltage collection (expansion function, default not open).

RS485 slave interface reserved for remote control (expansion function, default not open).
