This instrument utilizes the latest testing technology principles and has achieved a series of breakthroughs in the research and application of new technologies, devices, materials, and processes. Designed according to national testing and maintenance procedures, it is a professional testing device for battery performance.
The tester can serve as a discharge load when the battery is offline, achieving constant current discharge by continuously adjusting the discharge current to reach the set value. During discharge, if the terminal voltage of the battery set or individual cell voltage falls below the preset lower limit, or if the preset discharge time or capacity is reached, the instrument will automatically stop discharging and record all valuable, continuous real-time data throughout the process.
With high discharge power, compact size, lightweight design, and comprehensive upper-level computer data management software, it significantly reduces the workload of daily battery testing and maintenance. It provides thorough and scientific methods for the maintenance of batteries and UPS power supplies.
Custom Nickel-Chromium Alloy Resistor as Load Source: Low resistance; capable of achieving higher current discharge, with a custom appearance that increases power density. High precision; accuracy can be controlled within ±0.001Ω, ensuring a stable discharge process. Low temperature coefficient; less affected by temperature, providing strong environmental adaptability. High current endurance; able to quickly respond to large current impacts, making the discharge process more reliable.
Smart Chip Control: Intelligent control of the discharge process, automatically adjusting according to the battery voltage drop to ensure constant current discharge. Real-time collection of individual cell voltages displayed in curve form for easy evaluation and analysis. It also intelligently analyzes battery voltage status and makes assessments. Multiple threshold values can be set for intelligent judgment.
Discharge Testing Function: After disconnecting the battery set from the system, use intelligent dummy loads for constant current or constant power discharge, or perform constant current discharge by paralleling intelligent dummy loads with user equipment. Set parameters such as discharge voltage, discharge current, discharge time, and discharge capacity thresholds. The tester will automatically execute the discharge function and display real-time data including discharge current, discharged capacity, overall voltage, individual cell voltage, and discharge time. Discharge parameters can be modified during the test. The discharge test stops when any of the following conditions are met: reaching the preset termination discharge voltage, termination discharge capacity, termination discharge time, any individual cell voltage falling below the preset termination voltage, or manual termination.
7-inch Large LCD Touchscreen: Equipped with a 7-inch high-brightness touchscreen with a resolution of 1024x600, allowing direct operation on the screen for simple and clear interaction. Strong anti-interference capability.
LORA Wireless Single Cell Monitoring Module (Optional): Compatible with monitoring 2V/4V/6V/12V single cell voltages. Each wireless module can monitor up to 6 cells simultaneously, reducing the number of required modules to 1/6 compared to one module per cell (only 4 modules needed for 48V), simplifying wiring operations.
Single Cell Module Frequency Setting: The host supports receiving and modifying multiple frequency band wireless single cell monitoring modules, preventing interference when using multiple testers in the same room or nearby areas. Supports reception of 1-10 frequency bands.
Real-time Detection and Display of Individual Cell Voltages During Discharge: Displays the trajectory of changes in individual cell voltages in bar chart form on the host screen. Supports data table display and automatically highlights the highest and lowest voltage cells to help quickly analyze cell trends.
Discharge Curve Viewing: View battery group voltage and current curves during the discharge process.
Built-in Multiple Discharge Templates: The instrument has 6 built-in test templates for selection, making testing more convenient. Users can modify and recall these templates.
Data Transfer: The host is equipped with a USB flash drive for data transfer. Data analysis software can parse the data and support report generation for easier management and identification of test data.
Multiple Discharge Modes: The host supports constant current discharge, constant power discharge, and constant voltage discharge modes, facilitating better detection of battery performance.
Compensation Discharge Function Test (Optional): Provides an option to enable compensation discharge function. When enabled, internal load adjusts based on current values detected by Hall elements to maintain constant current discharge. Host display current = battery pack discharge current = host internal discharge current + actual load current. (Requires external current clamp).
Master-Slave Mode Parallel Testing (Optional): Supports parallel use of multiple hosts. (Requires master-slave communication lines).
Power Failure Continuation Function: The host defaults to enabling power failure continuation, automatically resuming the pre-power failure test state upon power recovery to ensure uninterrupted test data and complete testing process without personnel attendance.
PC Control: The host supports configuration via upper-level computer software for controlling host parameter settings and start/stop functions.
Internal Resistance Testing: The host supports testing the internal resistance of each cell and allows modification of coefficients. Internal resistance values are provided for customer reference. (Requires wireless single cell monitoring module).
Online Monitoring (Optional): Adds an "Online Monitoring" main function option on the host's main interface. Entering this function allows monitoring of battery group voltage, recording current, capacity, and time data, and generating reports for assessing battery health status. (Requires single cell module and current clamp).
Reserved RS485 Host Interface: For battery single cell voltage acquisition. (Expansion function, default not open).
Reserved RS485 Slave Interface: For receiving remote control. (Expansion function, default not open).
Reserved CAN Communication Interface: For receiving CAN signal input. (Expansion function, default not open).
