Applications:

Therefore, it is crucial to regularly inspect these capacitors to detect defects early and prevent faults from escalating. Profile:

In power systems, shunt compensation capacitor banks are often used to improve the power factor and reduce reactive power losses. In practical applications, however, capacitor compensation devices have a relatively high failure rate due to their operational characteristics. Therefore, it is crucial to regularly inspect these capacitors to detect defects early and prevent faults from escalating. On-site capacitors are usually connected in parallel groups, making it necessary to disconnect the wiring when using conventional capacitance meters for measurement, which is labor-intensive and prone to wiring errors or damage to the capacitors.

Our company has developed a Capacitance and Inductance Tester that uses high-precision, large-opening clamp-on current transformers for current measurement. It is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery and features an anti-interference power output at different frequencies. This ensures high test accuracy and stable data, offering strong interference resistance, allowing testing in strong magnetic fields without affecting precision. It is a high-performance, portable dedicated compensating capacitor tester. The instrument can not only test single-phase capacitors but also has a three-phase capacitor testing function, enabling one-click measurements for various connection methods of three-phase capacitor banks, making it simple and convenient. Additionally, the instrument can test various reactors and resistors, and it can also perform standalone current tests.

Features:

Lithium Battery Power Supply:

The instrument is equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery, allowing for measurements without the need for AC power on-site. This feature ensures long measurement durations and simple, convenient use.

Different Frequency Power Output:

The instrument uses different frequency power output for testing, significantly enhancing its on-site interference resistance. It can perform tests in high-intensity magnetic fields without affecting accuracy. The different frequency power employs advanced inverter technology with soft start and soft stop functions, greatly reducing impact on test samples and better protecting them. Additionally, the power output uses an advanced PID regulation algorithm for constant current limited voltage output, further enhancing measurement precision and stability. Even if there is a short circuit in the output, it will not damage the instrument.

Single-phase Testing Function:

The instrument can measure single-phase capacitors, reactors, and resistors. During single-phase measurement, there is also an option for automatic testing where the instrument automatically determines the type of sample.

Three-phase Capacitance Testing Function:

The instrument features three-phase power output and interfaces, capable of performing one-time wiring to complete tests on three-phase Y-connected capacitors, three-phase Yn-connected capacitors, three-phase Δ-connected capacitors, and three-phase III-connected capacitors. It separately measures and calculates phase capacitances, simplifying and facilitating the process, thus significantly improving the work efficiency of on-site users.

Capacitance Capacity Measurement:

By accurately setting the rated frequency and voltage of the capacitor sample, the instrument can automatically calculate the compensation capacity of the capacitor, reducing the calculation workload for on-site personnel.

Sample Reactance Measurement:

Based on the measurement results, the instrument can automatically calculate the capacitive reactance, inductive reactance, and impedance of the sample, making it easier to analyze data on-site.

Current Testing Function:

Using the clamp-on current transformer of the instrument, it can be used solely for current detection. It detects the fundamental effective value of the current signal, total harmonic distortion, signal frequency, and the harmonic content rates of the third, fifth, seventh, and ninth harmonics, providing basic power quality analysis of the current signal.

Large Screen LCD Display:

The instrument features a large screen LCD display with Chinese menus and prompts, ensuring simple operation.

Intelligent Charging Management:

Displays remaining battery level, low battery alerts, and automatically adjusts backlighting to save power. It also includes a non-power-off clock and date display.

Data Storage:

Data storage methods include local storage and USB drive storage. Local storage can hold up to 200 sets of test data and can be transferred to a USB drive. Data stored on a USB drive is in Word format, directly editable and printable on a computer.

Thermal Printer:

Provides fast and silent printing capabilities.

User-friendly Interface:

The screen's top status bar displays real-time information about USB drive insertion status, testing status, and storage status. When operating unconnected devices, it shows corresponding disconnection prompt messages.
