The device is comprehensive in function, meeting the test requirements for excitation characteristics (i.e., volt-ampere characteristics), transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio difference, and phase difference for various types of CTs (such as protection class, metering class, TP class). It can also be used for testing the excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, and ratio difference of various types of PT electromagnetic units.
On-site calibration of current transformers does not require a standard current transformer, current booster, load box, voltage regulator control box, or large current wires. Simple test wiring and operation achieve the calibration of current transformers, significantly reducing workload and improving efficiency, making it convenient to conduct on-site transformer calibration.
It can accurately measure ratio difference and phase difference, with a maximum permissible error of ±0.05% for ratio difference and ±2 minutes for phase difference. It can perform measurements for 0.2S class current transformers, with a transformation ratio measurement range of 1~40000.
When equipped with our company's dedicated current booster, it can output up to 180A of current, facilitating on-site flow-through testing.
Based on advanced frequency conversion method for testing CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curves and 10% error curves, it outputs a maximum of only 180V AC voltage and 12Arms (36A peak) AC current but can handle CT tests with inflection points up to 60KV.
It automatically provides critical parameters such as inflection point voltage/current, 10%(5%) error curve, accurate limit value coefficient (ALF), instrument safety factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), residual magnetism coefficient (Kr), saturation and unsaturated inductance, among other CT and PT parameters.
Testing complies with standards such as GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), GB1207, and others for various transformers, automatically selecting the appropriate standard based on the type and level of the transformer being tested.
Testing is simple and convenient; one-click completion of CT direct resistance, excitation, transformation ratio, and polarity tests is possible, and except for load testing, all other CT tests use the same wiring method.
The full-Chinese dynamic graphical interface allows completing wiring and setting parameters without referring to the manual: dynamically displays parameter settings based on the currently selected test item; dynamically displays help wiring diagrams according to the currently selected test item.
An 8.4-inch true color LCD touchscreen with a fully Chinese color graphical interface and full touch input control facilitates human-machine interaction.
The device comes with dual USB 2.0 interfaces, allowing simultaneous connection of a keyboard and mouse for operating the instrument.
Test results can be exported to Word format reports via a USB drive, and the program can be upgraded using a USB drive, making it convenient and quick.
Built-in large-capacity solid-state hard drive stores tens of thousands of sets of test data, which will not be lost when power is off.
Equipped with backend analysis software, it facilitates saving, converting, analyzing test reports, and can be used for comparing, judging, and evaluating test data.
