The excessive comprehensive error in electric energy metering is a critical issue widely found in electric energy metering. Voltage transformers and current transformers are important components of metering devices, and their operating conditions and errors directly affect the accuracy of the entire metering device. Transformers have specified operating ranges and load ranges, and only by operating within these ranges can the transformers achieve their designed precision. To ensure the accuracy of metering, it is necessary to carry out work on measuring the secondary circuit load of transformers.

The secondary load tester is an intelligent instrument meticulously designed and developed by our company after absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, specifically for the automatic testing of the secondary load of voltage transformers.
This instrument features a small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, simple and easy-to-learn operation. It has simple wiring, convenient testing, and recording, significantly improving work efficiency. With a large-screen true color LCD as the display window, graphical menu operation with Chinese character prompts, and a display interface that integrates multiple parameters on one screen, it offers a user-friendly human-machine interaction interface. The use is simple and fast, making it the preferred product for power users at all levels.
Automatically completes the measurement of the secondary load of voltage transformers and current transformers on-site.
It features a specially designed software correction function, enabling precision correction without the need for hardware adjustments, allowing on-site calibration by power test research departments at all levels.
Various electrical parameters are displayed on the same screen, including voltage, current, phase angle, power factor, active power, reactive power, and apparent power. It can also display waveform graphs of each parameter.
It has harmonic measurement capabilities, able to measure harmonic content up to the 32nd order for both voltage and current.
The instrument is equipped with a large-capacity rechargeable battery pack, which can power the device in the absence of 220V AC power outdoors. It includes a fast automatic charger for quick charging of the battery pack.
A percentage indicator shows the remaining battery capacity, providing more detailed information than a simple low-battery warning.
The large-screen, high-brightness true color LCD display, along with fully Chinese graphical menus and operation prompts, ensures a user-friendly interface. Conductive silicone buttons make operation easier, while the wide-temperature LCD comes with automatic contrast and brightness adjustment suitable for use in both winter and summer.
Users can print out test results at any time using the built-in micro printer.
The device offers test result storage functionality, capable of storing up to 200 sets of test data.
It also comes with backend management software, allowing users to upload stored records to a computer for unified management.
