KDHG-BH Mutual Inductor Comprehensive Characteristic Tester is a new generation of current and voltage transformer testing instrument developed by our company after extensively listening to user feedback, conducting extensive market research, and delving into theoretical studies. The device adopts high-performance DSP and ARM, along with advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring stable and reliable product performance, complete functionality, high automation level, and high testing efficiency. It is at the leading level domestically and is a professional testing instrument used in the power industry for transformers.

The device is comprehensive in function, meeting the test requirements for excitation characteristics (i.e., volt-ampere characteristics), transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio difference, and phase difference for various types of CTs (such as protection class, metering class, TP class). It can also be used for testing the excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, ratio difference, and phase difference of various types of PT electromagnetic units.

It automatically provides critical parameters such as inflection point voltage/current, 10%(5%) error curve, accurate limit value coefficient (ALF), instrument safety factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), residual magnetism coefficient (Kr), saturation and unsaturated inductance, among other CT and PT parameters.

The tests comply with standards such as GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), GB1207, and others for various transformers, automatically selecting the appropriate standard based on the type and level of the transformer being tested.

Based on advanced low-frequency testing principles, it can handle CT testing with inflection points up to 45KV.

It features a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing full-Chinese graphical interface.

The device can store up to 2000 sets of test data, which will not be lost when power is off. After completing the tests, the data can be transferred to a PC via a USB drive for data analysis and generation of WORD reports.

Testing is simple and convenient; one-click completion of CT direct resistance, excitation, transformation ratio, and polarity tests is possible, and except for load testing, all other CT tests use the same wiring method.

It is portable, with a device weight of less than 9Kg.
