Mechanical characteristic parameters are one of the important criteria for evaluating circuit breaker performance. The High Voltage Switchgear Characteristics Comprehensive Tester (High Voltage Switchgear Mechanical Characteristics Tester) is designed based on the latest "High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers" GB1984-2003 and refers to Part 3 of the "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Equipment" DL/T846.3-2017 from the People's Republic of China Electric Power Industry Standards. It provides convenience for dynamic analysis of various types of circuit breakers and can accurately measure mechanical dynamic characteristics parameters of high-voltage circuit breakers at different voltage levels, including oil-less, oil-filled, vacuum, and sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers. High-voltage circuit breakers play a dual role of control and protection in power systems, and their performance directly affects the safe operation of the power system. Features:

This instrument is an embedded industrial computer with a motherboard based on CortexTM-A8, featuring a 1GHz clock speed, and 1GB of flash memory, achieving a fast boot-up time of only 16 seconds. It has a 9-inch color display, runs on the Windows operating system, offers a user-friendly interface, supports both touch screen and Chinese/English input, making it convenient for on-site operators.

The high-speed thermal printer allows for easy printing of test data on-site. The integrated operation power source within the device eliminates the need for secondary power sources at the site, providing convenience and efficiency. It can supply adjustable DC power from 6V to 270V with a current capacity of up to 20A, enabling the setting of action voltage values for opening and closing coils and conducting low-voltage operation tests on circuit breakers.

Equipped with linear sensors, rotary sensors, universal sensors, and optionally laser sensors along with brackets and specialized multi-functional connectors, installation is extremely simple and straightforward.

Suitable for all domestically produced and imported models of SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical apparatus, vacuum switches, and oil switches. By actuating the switch once, all data and graphs are obtained; test data and graphics are displayed simultaneously on the screen, and speed can be recalculated without the need for retesting.

The main unit can store up to 30,000 sets of test data (expandable via storage card) and features a built-in real-time clock for archiving purposes. It includes two USB interfaces for connecting a mouse to operate the instrument, allowing direct saving of data to a USB drive or uploading to a computer for analysis and storage. RS232 interface for connection to a computer (optional), and WIFI operation (optional).

It can measure 12 channels of metal contact breaks, 6 channels of main breaks, 6 channels of auxiliary breaks, and 1 channel of speed measurement (with options for 3 channels). It contains envelope lines, generating standard envelope lines through numerical testing of one switch for analysis and comparison, and can also perform vibration frequency analysis of switches.

The internal anti-interference circuitry ensures reliable use in 500KV substations.
