The instrument is a high-precision testing device that integrates the calibration of electric energy meters, testing of electrical parameters, and detection of power quality issues such as waveform distortion, voltage fluctuation, and three-phase imbalance in the grid.

It can perform online real-load testing of the integrated error of metering equipment without power interruption, without changing the metering circuit, and without opening the metering device.

It accurately measures various electrical parameters including voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, etc., to calculate the measurement error of the test equipment loop.

An optional virtual load box allows for accurate meter measurements even when the user has no load or ultra-low load.

It can display vector diagrams of measured voltages and currents. Users can analyze these diagrams to determine the correctness of the metering equipment wiring. It automatically judges 48 types of wiring methods in three-phase three-wire connections and features an automatic supplementary electricity calculation function.

Current loops can be measured using clamp-on transformers, allowing operators to measure conveniently and safely without breaking the current loop.

It can calibrate instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, wattmeters, phase meters, and various active and reactive energy meters in single-phase, three-phase three-wire, and three-phase four-wire configurations. It can simultaneously detect errors in both primary and secondary meters.

Calibration of energy meters can be performed using optical, manual, pulse, and other methods.

It analyzes the quality of AC power supplied from the public grid to the user end, measuring factors like frequency deviation, voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, permissible three-phase voltage unbalance, and grid harmonics.

It displays single-phase voltage and current waveforms and can simultaneously show three-phase voltage and current waveforms.
