Applications:

The dielectric loss tester is a high-precision testing instrument used for measuring the tangent of dielectric loss and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment on-site at power plants and substations or in laboratories. The instrument has an integrated structure, with built-in dielectric loss test bridge, variable frequency voltage regulator power supply, step-up transformer, and SF6 high stability standard capacitor. The high-voltage test source is generated by the inverter inside the instrument and then stepped up by the transformer for use in testing the specimen. The frequencies can be adjusted to 45.0Hz, 50.0Hz, 55.0Hz, 47.5Hz\52.5Hz, 45.0Hz\55.0Hz, 60.0Hz, 65.0Hz, 57.5Hz\62.5Hz, 55.0Hz\65.0Hz. It employs digital notch filter technology to avoid interference from power frequency electric fields during testing, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. It is also suitable for use in scenarios where all power is off and testing is conducted using a generator. This instrument can additionally be paired with an insulating oil cup heating control device to test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.
