For the power system, transformers are core equipment, and their long-term, reliable operation is crucial to the stability and reliability of the entire system. The DC resistance test of transformer windings and the transformer turns ratio group test are essential testing items during handover, major maintenance, and after changing the tap switch. Currently, traditional testing methods for these two tests involve separate devices—a DC resistance tester and a turns ratio tester—each with its own dedicated test leads. This requires separate wiring and testing, significantly reducing work efficiency.

Our company has innovatively developed a Transformer DC Resistance Turns Ratio Tester. With just one set of equipment, both testing items can be completed without the need for frequent disconnection and reconnection of test leads. This greatly improves work efficiency and saves costs for users.
With a single wiring setup, both DC resistance testing and turns ratio testing can be completed.
DC Resistance Testing Function:
For Yn, Y, and △ type windings, a three-phase measurement method can be used for testing, and the three-phase imbalance rate can be calculated.
The test power supply has a maximum output voltage of 28V and a maximum output current of 20A, meeting the testing needs of most transformers.
It features an assisted magnetization testing function designed for high-voltage level, large-capacity main transformers, significantly speeding up the DC resistance testing process.
Turns Ratio Testing Function: Capable of performing turns ratio, group, and polarity tests on three-phase transformers, single-phase transformers, PT (Potential Transformers), and Z-type transformers.
Safety Features: Automatic protection against incorrect connection of 380V power supply and an alarm function for unconnected grounding wires to ensure safe usage.
Display and Operation: Equipped with an industrial-grade 10.1-inch large screen display featuring a clear and minimalist design, offering full touch control for a comfortable and convenient human-machine interaction experience.
