The KDRH-II Transformer Capacity and Loss Tester is a new instrument developed by our company's R&D team specifically for problematic power users who evade basic electricity fees and privately increase capacity. It is a high-precision device designed for measuring transformer capacity and characteristic parameters.
The KDRH-II Transformer Capacity and Loss Tester features a large color LCD display with Chinese language support, providing simple and quick menu-driven operation and a user-friendly interface. The instrument has an internal high-efficiency rechargeable battery, allowing it to operate without an external power source. A fully charged battery can continuously measure over 100 transformer sets. Additionally, the instrument provides a three-phase precision 50Hz sinusoidal AC test power source, eliminating the need for external three-phase test power sources, voltage regulators, or current boosters when measuring transformer capacity and load losses, thus significantly improving work efficiency.

This instrument is a multi-functional measurement tool, equivalent to two traditional testers: an active transformer capacity tester and a transformer characteristic parameter tester. It can accurately measure various parameters of multiple types of transformers, including capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss, impedance voltage, and other series of power frequency parameters.
1. It can measure various distribution transformer and power transformer capacities on-site. The transformer model identification includes national standard parameters such as S7, S9, S11, S13, S15, etc. No additional power supply is required, making detection more convenient and faster.
2. The patented high-current shorting wire makes it very easy to short the low-voltage terminals or aluminum bars on-site, ensuring safe and simple operation.
3. Combined with external power supplies, voltage regulators, boosters, and current boosters, it can measure no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, load loss, and other transformer characteristic data for various transformers.
4. All test results are automatically corrected accordingly. You only need to input relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction factors, etc.), and the instrument will automatically perform corrections such as waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, etc., to achieve higher accuracy in test results.
5. In transformer characteristic measurements, the maximum voltage range can reach up to 750V, and the maximum current range can reach up to 100A, with internal protection circuits. During measurement, there is no need to switch ranges, ensuring measurement accuracy and preventing damage to the instrument due to incorrect range selection.
6. When testing transformer characteristics, voltage and current ranges can be extended very flexibly and easily by simply connecting external voltage transformers and current transformers, significantly broadening the instrument's testing range.
7. It features a 5-inch large screen, high-brightness color LCD display, full Chinese menu, and operational prompts, achieving a user-friendly interface. The wide-temperature, adjustable brightness LCD screen can adapt to different environmental temperatures.
8. It uses a standard USB communication interface (many outdated manufacturers still use RS232 serial ports), facilitating data upload and analysis with computers.
9. Based on the no-load and load loss test results, it can automatically estimate the performance levels of three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers and power transformers, providing on-site reference for staff.
