The KD6200 Precision Oil Dielectric Loss Tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T5654-2007 "Measurement of Relative Permittivity, Dielectric Dissipation Factor, and DC Resistivity of Liquid Insulating Materials". It is used for measuring the dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of insulating oils and other liquid insulating media. The instrument features an integrated structure, incorporating key components such as a dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, and DC high voltage source.

The KD6200 Precision Oil Dielectric Loss Tester utilizes full digital technology for fully intelligent automated measurements. It is equipped with a large 5.7-inch TFT full-color touch screen display, featuring a Chinese menu interface. Test results can be automatically stored and printed, allowing operators to use the instrument proficiently without requiring specialized training.

Features:

1. The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure in accordance with national standard GB/T5654-2007, with an electrode spacing of 2 mm, eliminating the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on the dielectric loss test results.

2. The instrument uses medium frequency induction heating with a PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method features non-contact between the oil cup and the heater, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, ensuring that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset error range.

3. The internal standard capacitor is an SF6 gas-filled three-point electrode type capacitor, whose dielectric loss and capacitance are unaffected by environmental temperature and humidity, ensuring the instrument's accuracy even after long-term use.

4. The AC test power supply uses an AC-DC-AC conversion method, effectively avoiding the impact of voltage and frequency fluctuations from the mains power on the dielectric loss test accuracy. The instrument can operate correctly even when powered by a generator.

5. Comprehensive protection functions. When overvoltage, overcurrent, or high-voltage short circuits occur, the instrument quickly cuts off the high voltage and issues a warning message. If the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, a warning message is issued. A temperature-limiting relay is set inside the medium frequency induction heater, which stops heating when the temperature exceeds 120 degrees.

6. Convenient setting of test parameters. The temperature setting range is 0~120°C, the AC voltage setting range is 200~2200V, and the DC voltage setting range is 0~500V.

7. Equipped with a large-screen TFT full-color touch display for clear visibility. Simple settings allow the instrument to automatically perform tests and automatically store and print test results.

8. Built-in real-time clock, allowing test dates and times to be saved, displayed, and printed along with test results.

9. Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measures the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of an empty electrode cup to determine its cleaning and assembly status. Calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate precise calculations of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.

10. The instrument uses the RAM9 platform as its core, providing high test accuracy and speed.
