This tester is the latest generation of transformer parameter testing instruments independently developed by our company. It is designed for on-site and laboratory conditions to measure the low-voltage short-circuit impedance of main transformers rated 35KV and above. The instrument is ingeniously designed with powerful functions, featuring a built-in adjustable 2000W power supply. It employs advanced A/D synchronous AC sampling and digital signal processing technology to ensure accurate measurement data.
Externally, it features a large-screen color LCD display with Chinese menu prompts, equipped with a high-speed thermal printer and a large-capacity internal memory for convenient data storage and printing. Saved data can be transferred to a USB drive via USB for easy access. The instrument is compact and lightweight, making it highly portable and convenient for on-site use, significantly reducing the workload of testing personnel and improving work efficiency.
1. Three-phase short-circuit impedance measurement: Displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current, and three-phase power; automatically calculates the percentage of impedance voltage referred to the rated temperature and rated current, as well as the percentage error compared to the nameplate impedance.
2. Single-phase short-circuit impedance measurement: Measures the short-circuit impedance of single-phase transformers.
3. Zero-sequence impedance measurement: Suitable for measuring zero-sequence impedance in transformers with a star connection on the high-voltage side that includes a neutral point.
4. Direct measurement within the allowable range of the instrument; for measurements beyond this range, external voltage and current transformers can be connected. The instrument allows setting the transformation ratio of external voltage and current transformers and directly displays the applied voltage and current values.
5. A 7-inch high-brightness touch color LCD screen ensures clear visibility even in strong light conditions, supporting full touchscreen operation with free switching between Chinese and English interfaces.
6. Built-in 2000W adjustable AC power supply with automatic voltage regulation.
