The KDB-II Transformer Ratio Group Tester can accurately measure the capacity of various distribution transformers with passive measurement, offering convenience and accuracy. It can also measure no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit loss of various types of transformers.
Using a ratio bridge to measure the ratio of transformers involves a cumbersome operation process and has a narrow measurement range, which no longer meets the fast-paced and high-efficiency requirements of modern measurements. Therefore, our factory has adopted modern electronic technology to develop a new generation of KDB-II fully automatic ratio group testers. It features small size, light weight, high precision, good stability, and other advantages.
1. Automatically measures the wiring group.
2. Automatically changes the group.
3. Automatically switches phase sequence.
4. Automatically switches ranges.
5. Automatically calibrates the meter.
6. After entering the standard ratio, it can automatically calculate the relative error.
7. Upon completion of a measurement, it automatically cuts off the test voltage.
8. Sets data, measurement results are automatically saved, and previous data can be viewed.
9. When measuring a tap-changing transformer, only one input of the transformation ratio is required.
