SF6 switches are widely used high-voltage electrical devices in power systems. The reliable operation of SF6 switches has become one of the primary concerns for power supply and consumption departments. The SF6 gas density relay is a critical component used to monitor changes in the density of SF6 gas within the switch body during operation, and its performance directly affects the operational safety of the SF6 switch. In practical applications, SF6 gas density relays may become less flexible or develop poor contact points after a period due to infrequent use. Some may also experience degraded temperature compensation performance, leading to false actions when there is a sudden change in environmental temperature. Therefore, according to DL/T596-2005 "Preventive Test Procedures for Electrical Equipment," all SF6 switch users should regularly calibrate their SF6 gas density relays. From an operational perspective, it is also essential to periodically calibrate SF6 density relays and pressure gauges in the field.

This product is an intelligent SF6 gas density relay calibration instrument. The calibrator uses high-precision pressure sensors and high-speed A/D converters, combined with a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor, to perform performance calibration on various SF6 gas density relays. It can accurately measure the pressure value at the current temperature when signals are triggered and automatically convert the standard pressure at any environmental temperature to that at 20°C. Additionally, it features printing, storage, and USB data transfer capabilities, as well as automatic fault recognition during the testing process. This product is portable, easy to operate, highly accurate, stable, and reliable, embodying the characteristics of an "intelligent" instrument.
