The KDXJ-OL SF6 Gas Leak Alarm System overcomes the limitations of traditional SF6 detectors that require sampling and can only perform point measurements. Using an open-path structure, it can measure SF6 gas concentrations in the region without sampling. It integrates gas analysis, analog input, digital input, protocol conversion, communication interface conversion, transmission, and digital output control functions, covering the necessary field data acquisition functions for industrial control and monitoring systems. This intelligent acquisition system can be flexibly configured according to specific requirements of various application scenarios.
The KDXJ-OL SF6 Gas Leak Alarm System combines open-path high-sensitivity mid-infrared laser absorption spectroscopy technology, data acquisition and processing, and communication technologies into an open system platform. All functions are modularly designed for easy installation and maintenance. The system has an automatic concentration calibration function, eliminating the need for additional regular calibration.
The KDXJ-OL SF6 Leak Alarm System consists of an intelligent analog data collector, a laser emission and intensity monitoring unit, a laser reception unit, and a signal processing unit, achieving the purpose of real-time monitoring of SF6 gas concentrations in the area.
