According to the national statutory holiday arrangement and combined with the company's actual operations, we hereby announce the holiday arrangement and service matters as follows:

I. Holiday Period

Mid-Autumn Festival: September 25 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday), 3 days in total.

National Day: October 1 (Thursday) to October 7 (Wednesday), 7 days in total with adjusted working days.

Adjusted working days: September 20 (Sunday) and October 10 (Saturday) are normal working days.

II. Order Acceptance and Service Arrangement

During the holiday, the company will accept orders normally. Online consultation and order processing will proceed as usual. Shipping, on-site installation and commissioning, and technical support services will be scheduled according to actual conditions, and some orders will be postponed to after the holiday for unified processing.

III. Warm Reminder

Customers with shipping or on-site service needs before the holiday are advised to communicate with their contact person in advance for reasonable arrangement. Orders submitted during the holiday will be processed in order of priority after the holiday.
